Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after these 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened. Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

 

Refund Processing:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. This notification will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., credit card) within 15 days, though the final timeframe may vary according to your bank's processing schedule.

Missing or Delayed Refunds:

If your refund has not yet appeared, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it can take time for the refund to be formally posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often an internal processing period before the refund is finalized.
